Dear Family and Friends,
We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming you to our home this July to celebrate the wedding of Jacob and Stephanie! Your presence means so much to our family, and we can’t wait to share this joyful day with you. The celebration will be held at our personal property, so we wanted to pass along a few important details to help you plan and stay comfortable:
Transportation
Parking is very limited. We ask that all guests use the transportation that will be leaving and returning to the Element Bozeman for the Welcome Party and on the Day of the Ceremony. There is ample public parking near the hotel for pickup.
Our Property
This is not a traditional event venue—it’s our home, and much of the event will take place outdoors. The grounds can be uneven in places, so please wear appropriate footwear and take care when walking around.
Outdoor Ceremony in a Hayfield
The ceremony itself will be held outdoors in what is typically a hayfield. Additionally, many surrounding fields in the area may be in the midst of harvest during this time. If you have hay fever or sensitivities to grasses and pollen, we encourage you to bring any necessary allergy medications or precautions to ensure you’re comfortable.
Mountain Weather
Our property sits at around 6,000 feet above sea level, and the weather can change quickly. While the day could be quite warm, the evenings often cool off significantly. There’s also a chance of rain, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap and perhaps a light rain jacket—just in case.
Altitude Awareness
At this elevation, staying hydrated is especially important. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, watch your alcohol intake, and don’t forget sunscreen or a hat—the sun can be especially strong at higher altitudes.
We are so excited to celebrate this meaningful occasion with you, and we’re honored to host you on our property. Thank you again for being a part of this special day!
With love and gratitude,
Dan and Kim
